Focus on recorded changes in maximum residue limits rather than reviewing every row in a full MRL export. This derived dataset compares the latest dated previous value with the current value where residue and food-product identifiers remain the same.
What this download contains
The result is a within-export transition table, not a complete audit trail of every regulatory edit. Replaced identifiers can break continuity, and only the documented increasing-date, changed-value conditions are included. An application date must not be relabelled as the date a database row was edited.
Working with this edition
Use the identifiers and applicability information to investigate a transition, then consult the cited legislation for its meaning. Keep omitted or unmatched identifier changes outside any claim of comprehensive coverage, and use a verified release when comparing editions.
Product questions
Is this a complete historical MRL changelog?
No. It describes the transitions observable under the documented matching and date rules in the source export.
Does a changed number determine legal compliance?
No. Interpretation requires the applicable product, residue definition, dates and authoritative legislation.
