What this download contains

The product is organised around a declared reporting quarter. A release prepared before that quarter ends must be read as quarter-to-date, and the source filter determines which notices are represented. Values in different currencies should not be added together without an explicit conversion method.

Working with this edition

Use the buyer and award references to investigate the underlying notices, then group verified records by the fields that matter to your analysis. Treat winning-supplier information as evidence of a published award, not a promise of an ongoing exclusive relationship or a complete supplier market share.

Product questions

Does “incumbent” establish a supplier’s current contract position?

No. The evidence is the published award notice. Later amendments, contract changes and current incumbency require further verification.

Is the current quarter complete?

Only a closed-quarter release with a verified complete filter can make that claim. An open-quarter release is labelled quarter-to-date.
