Information we collect

We collect information you choose to send through contact or support messages and limited public-site interaction events, including page views, product views, search activity, pricing-section views, and marketplace button clicks when analytics settings and consent rules allow it.

Google Workspace and OAuth data

If you install or authorize a Zentra Google Workspace Marketplace app, Zentra requests only the OAuth scopes shown on Google's consent screen and uses Google Workspace data only to provide the requested product, automation, reporting, or integration workflow. Zentra does not sell Google user data, does not use Google Workspace API data for advertising, and does not use Google Workspace API data to train general-purpose AI models.

Google Workspace data is accessed only by authorized systems and personnel needed to operate, secure, debug, and support the app. Where a workflow stores derived records or logs, Zentra keeps the minimum operational evidence needed for product delivery, auditability, abuse prevention, and customer support.

Google Cloud Marketplace™ procurement data

For Google Cloud Marketplace™ purchases, Zentra receives a Google procurement account identifier, entitlement and plan state, usage-reporting identifier, and limited role or order references needed to activate and operate the purchased product. The signed signup identity is converted to a one-way keyed hash; Zentra does not retain the raw Google signup identity from the token.

Google Cloud Marketplace™ usage and payout reports are used for billing reconciliation, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and product operations. Customer domains, organization names, postal details, and other report fields that are not needed for these purposes are not imported into Zentra’s canonical payout records.

ChatGPT Apps and MCP requests

Zentra ChatGPT Apps accept the product query you choose to send through ChatGPT and return public-safe product records already cached by Zentra. The current public app does not require a Zentra account, request OAuth access, start a live crawl, or receive your OpenAI credentials. OpenAI processes your ChatGPT conversation under its own terms and privacy policy.

Zentra may retain minimum infrastructure and security logs, such as request time, endpoint, response status, and network metadata, to operate the public MCP endpoint, prevent abuse, and investigate failures. Tool results exclude marketplace secrets, private storage paths, and internal database identifiers.

How we use information

We use collected information to operate Zentra Foundry, respond to support messages, provide marketplace products, measure product demand, prevent abuse, improve product quality, and maintain source-policy evidence. Buyer-facing samples are either source-backed evidence or clearly identified synthetic fixtures.

Sharing and subprocessors

Zentra may share necessary information with infrastructure, analytics, support, and marketplace providers that help operate the service. Marketplace purchases, installs, billing, and reviews may also be governed by the marketplace provider's own policies. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

Zentra Foundry uses privacy-aware analytics and consent controls. Analytics storage is denied by default where consent mode applies, and optional tracking is activated only according to the consent choice and owner configuration. We avoid storing raw credentials, tokens, private URLs, or full sensitive payloads in public-site analytics events.

Security and retention

Zentra uses access controls, secret management, audit records, and redaction rules to protect operational data. We retain information only as long as needed for product delivery, legal and security obligations, marketplace evidence, support, and business operations, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
